Blake Fieldes - Principal
BE Chem (Hons). PhD (Cambridge)

Blake specialises in project planning work to identify the viability of new processes and new company operating structures. His consulting experience includes the design of energy plant and co generation systems for the forest and dairy industries, and the formulation of technical software packages for process simulation in the steel industry. His process engineering background includes the design and commissioning of petrochemical plant for Dupont of Canada Ltd.

 

 

Paul Stephenson - Principal
BE Chem (Hons). M Eng (McMaster), MIChE MIPENZ

Paul has specialist expertise in environmental engineering and the installation of food processing plant. He has designed and managed the implementation of projects in the dairy, fish, meat, forestry, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, and has worked for Monsanto Ltd in England and Belgium. His work experience includes the development of new processes through pilot trials to full scale manufacture.

 

 

Phil Harward - Senior Mechanical Engineer
BE Mech. MIPENZ CPEng IntPE(NZ)

Phil has experience in the design and implementation of major capital projects in a variety of industries including dairy, petro-chem and energy. He has particular expertise in utilities system design, building services, plant specifications, contract documentation, construction management and dairy processing. He also has a background in project planning, costings, structural analysis of piping systems, steady and dynamic flow analysis and product heating and cooling analyses.

 


Chris Marsh - Associate
BE Mech (Hons). Dip Bus Admin. MIPENZ

Chris has a background in industrial mechanical engineering with experience in plant layouts, equipment selection, pipe work design, the preparation of plant specifications and contract documents, and contract and construction management. He also has experience in cost estimation and plant valuations for insurance purposes. He has worked on projects in the petrochemical, waste water treatment, vitreous china, dairy and pharmaceutical industries.

 

 

Mark Kerr - Associate
BE Chem (Hons) MIChemE

Mark has experience in a variety of industries including food, dairy, chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, oil and gas. He has particular expertise in innovative reactor, separation and plant configuration designs. He has also had a background in project costing, planning, plant specifications, plant commissioning and trouble shooting.

 

 

 

Miles Sinclair - Senior Chemical Engineer
BE Chemicals and Materials (Hons) MIChemE

Miles has a background in the design and implementation of projects in the oil and gas, energy, food processing and pharmaceutical industries. He has particular experience in the areas of natural and landfil gas treatment and distribution systems, steam generation, thermal fluid systems, the preparation of plant specifications and contract and constuction management.

 

 

 

Robin Wyllie - Senior Process Engineer
BE Chemical and Process (Hons)

Robin is a Senior Process Engineer with extensive experience in dairy and fine chemical processing industries. His experience ranges from feasibility studies through to project implementation including detailed design, HAZOPs and commissioning. The projects have included new developments, scale-up and debottlenecking of existing processes.

 

 

 

Robert Barrack - Senior Process Engineer

Robert has experience in process design, project and contract management and preparation of plant specifications and contract documents. He also has experience in trouble shooting process plant issues, equipment sizing and selection and also preparation of cost estimates. He has also worked on projects involving plant utilities, heat recovery systems natural gas and petrochemical industries.
